Estates at the Lake is a single-family-home community in Canton near Lake Allatoona. For buyers drawn to this area, the individual property matters: lot size, privacy, condition, outdoor space, and any water views or access need to be checked home by home. A nearby lake does not mean every property has waterfront access. Trails to Towns can help you compare available homes and review the HOA and property details before you make an offer.
